Shipping policy

We use Australia Post, TNT and several other shipping companies to give you the best price and service possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days before being shipped. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 days, please contact us at sales@trucktrailerspares.com.au.

Refund and Return Policy

At Truck and Trailer Spares, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the following return policies:

• 7-Day DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy: If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected, please notify us immediately. Any DOA product will be replaced after assessment.
• 14-Day POM (Peace of Mind) Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days for items in original condition. Please note that returned products will incur a re-stocking fee, which may vary depending on the item's condition. Truck and Trailer Spares reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in reasonable condition.

We also accept returns due to human error (such as incorrect descriptions or colours) at no extra charge. A replacement will be sent once the wrong product has been assessed. The wrong item must be returned in its original condition and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

If any of the above situations apply, please contact us promptly to ensure your return is processed. We will review your request and send you instructions via email. Refunds and replacements are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
